Fantastic service, Taylor Building Contractors completed my Buy to Let Full renovation to include garden landscaping, new kitchen, bathroom, electrics, Plumbing, plastering flooring ,painting and decorating , they also changed the roof on the single storey extension, great communication, updates and problem solving and even arranged all the pre letting compliance and viewing and let out with there sister company. Great experience from Quote to renovation to letting out

I don’t normally bother with work reviews because I’ve always found it difficult to find a builder who can do virtually every aspect of a job, on time, and at a fair price. Now I’ve found Steve and his crew and they’ve already done several jobs for me that had backed up over several years, and I’m finally happy that I’ve got someone who’s advice I can listen to with confidence and in the knowledge that he’ll “Taylor” (sorry!) the best solution on my behalf.
Before you make any decision on any building or ancillary works you might have, I’d strongly recommend that you speak to Steve. I’m sure you won’t regret it and you might be surprised at exactly what he can do for you.

I had an excellent experience with Steve during a recent refurbishment project. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the pricing was very reasonable. What stood out most was his supportive and approachable attitude throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, was always willing to help, and made the whole experience much less stressful especially after the fact that I had been ripped off by my original builder Jamie Morris (REMARKABLE RENOVATIONS). I’m really pleased with the quality of the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. I will definitely be using him for all my future projects.

I could have not asked for more, my previous builder let me down, but Steve came and took over the full refurb of my property, had to rip everything out and start again from zero.

Where do I begin? A huge thank you to Taylor Building Contractors for completing a full renovation on my three-bedroom mid-terrace property. They handled every aspect of the project, including landscaping, a new tiled roof on the single-story extension at the rear, a new kitchen, bathroom, full electrics, plumbing, heating, damp work, new flooring, and painting and decorating throughout.

The team’s communication was outstanding, with continuous updates and images, and their problem-solving skills were second to none. They consistently provided great solutions to any issues that arose and made excellent recommendations, resulting in a fantastic finished product. The team was on-site from the beginning to the end of the project, and all materials were delivered within the first week after the initial waste removal.

Although I live a few hours away from the property, I was extremely grateful to have such a reliable team managing the entire renovation. They also provided all necessary gas and electrical certificates. On top of that, they partnered with a letting service to handle all compliance matters for the property, guided us through the process, and even conducted mandatory checks and viewings for potential tenants.

The quality of work was exceptional throughout, and I am so thankful for all their efforts. I couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with such a professional and dedicated team.
